"Ok to board” Mandatory for all indian nationals travelling to Gulf & middle east
As per a communiqué received from the Indian Immigration authorities (FRRO), all Indian Nationals travelling to the Gulf & Middle East on a paper/ fax visa must have an “OK TO BOARD” message in the PNR.
With immediate effect we request compliance with the following :

  • The sponsor needs to update the PNR with an ‘ok to board’ through the local Emirates office in the Gulf & Middle East.
  • Any passenger in possession of the original visa may visit the local Emirates Ticket Office for the same.
  • Passengers not having an ‘ok to board’ will be denied boarding, as Immigration authorities will only allow passengers holding bonafide travel visas for UAE/Middle East.
  • The exemption is only for the pax holding an approved visa from DVPC (Dubai Visa Processing Cenre at N. Delhi)

May 11... The Embassy of Spain will close from Monday 28th May 2007 and reopen only on Monday the 4th June 2007. They will be changing / updating their Computer Systems in this week.

IVS Visa Application Center for Spain will remain open and will accept Visa Applications in the above-mentioned days. However, Submission of Passports will be made only on 4th June.

NOTE: All Long Term Visa Applicants who have applied before 15th April 2007 are required to go to The Embassy between Mondays to Fridays at 09:00 am for an Interview.

May 07... Kindly note Nigeria Visa Application now needs to be submitted online at the following link: www.immigration.gov.ng. After submitting Application Online please take printout of the receipt and send along with the Visa Documents.
